Terms Of Service/Fulfillment Policies

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before accessing or using our website EminiAce.com (the “Site”) and any other applications, content, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”) made available by EminiAce.com, or its representatives, affiliates, officers, and directors (collectively,  “we”, or “us”). By accessing, using, or purchasing through the Services, as well as by clicking an ”I Agree,” “Sign Up,” or similar button or check-box, you agree to be bound by all Terms, including any additional or updated terms and policies posted on the Site. These Terms are a legal agreement between EminiAce.com and you, and may also be referred to as this “Agreement.” If you do not agree to these Terms, then you may not access or use the Services. If these Terms are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms, and EminiAce.com rejects any additional or different terms proposed by you. “You” means you, the individual user accessing the Site or Services, as well as any other person or entity on whose behalf you are accessing the Sites or Services.

Refund Policy 

For Members who decide to cancel their Membership, the following refund policies apply:

Due to the real-time nature of our products, and the valuable intellectual property and the proprietary nature of our products and services there are no refunds or credits of Membership Fees, Courses, or Mentorships. THAT IS WHY WE HAVE LOW PRICED (UNDER $100) FOR A TRIAL. You get a full week to determine if our services or products are whst you want to buy or sign up for. 

If you enroll in a monthly subscription, and you want to cancel, the current subscription will run its course to the end of the current billing cycle, at which point the Membership would then become inactive and the account cancelled. You will not be billed for the next or subsequent months. No prior payments will be refunded.
Example: You are enrolled in a monthly subscription. Each month you you are paying $250 (or more or less). You pay the next payment on the 10th of the current month. On the 12th (the number can be greater or less) you want to terminate your membership. You will not be charged the next month on the 10th. The previous payment and those payments prior will not be refunded. 

Seminars and Software
Due to the immediate delivery and inability to recoup these products, there are no refunds for Seminars or Software purchased through the Site.
Coupons
Coupons are offered at the discretion of EminiAce.com and may be granted, refused or adjusted at any time, with or without warning. Sometimes offers and discounts are made after you have purchased a Seminar, Software, Membership or Trial. It is within EminiAce.com's sole discretion to offer a coupon for the difference between your purchase price and the discounted price.
Trials
EminiAce.com offers a trial membership (“Trial Offer”) for a period of seven (7)  days from the moment that you active such trial period by submitting your payment details (“Trial Period”). By submitting your payment details, you (i) accept the 7-day  Trial Offer; (ii) consent to us using your payment details in accordance with our Privacy Policy; (iii) acknowledge and agree to EminiAce.com's Terms.
By signing up for a Trial Offer, your credit card will automatically be charged $59.99 or the relevant trial price as advertised. If you decide that you do not want to continue and purchase a Membership, you may cancel your subscription AS PER THE CANCELLATION POLICY BELOW. 

Cancellation Policy

The only acceptable form of any service cancellation is either by:

1. email to Coach@EminiAce.com.

2. TELEPHONE 610-304-6420 OR 850-810-4232

3. Contact with representative in the online trading room.

PROOF of such cancellation will be:

1. An email from coach@EminiAce.com

2. Your phone records showing a completed call (save the copy of your phone company's usage report) to either number above lasting more than 2 minutes. You may record the call if you choose.

You must cancel any subscriptions the day before or sooner than the next billing date of your subscription. If you do not cancel by 5PM CST the day before next billing date, you will automatically be charged, and the credit card you provided will automatically be charged the Fee for the service associated with the payments.

Trial Offers are limited to one per member unless otherwise invited via email or phone to participate in an additional Trial Offer.

Shipping and delivery of services Policy
EminiAce.com currently delivers services (Financial education, personal improvement, and life coaching) to Members by
(i) real time chatroom;
(ii) private one-on-one sessions via virtual classroom;
(iii) in-person mentorships either privately or in group seminars. 

EminiAce.com does not currently offer any text books or written material but reserves the right to offer such material in the future.

Intellectual Property

All content offered by EminiAce.com on the Site, including, but not limited to, the free materials and content, Membership materials and content, seminars, software, any resources you receive through a representative of EminiAce.com , and all logos, slogans, and taglines (collectively and individually, the “Content”), are protected by trademark and copyright laws and are owned by EminiAce.com and/or our third-party licensors. All content is very valuable intellectual property and therefore once Member has access to such content it is agreed to by Member and EminiAce.com that such content is permanently received by Member and cannot be returned to ATR and Member will not receive any refund for any attempted return.

CAN-SPAM
EminiAce.com is CAN-SPAM compliant, which allows for you to request we stop sending you emails. Our emails contain “unsubscribe” options, which you may use to stop receiving emails from EminiAce.com. If you have any issues unsubscribing from our emails, please contact Coach@EminiAce.com.

Rules of Conduct: Live Trading Rooms
Please remember that cancellation requests may only be done by the policy above. All trials and subscriptions automatically RENEW at the end of your trial or cycle date. There is no continuing monthly reminders sent out.
 
Respect all members and administrators, including: 

• No use of offensive language toward the administrators or other users, in the room or via email

• No personal attacks, including deliberately antagonizing or belittling others in the live trading room.

• No ethnic jokes or derogatory comments of any sort will be tolerated.

Violating any rules will result in your suspension without refund.

 
 
No advertising or promotion of stocks or other instruments (junk bonds, etc.):
Trying to generate hype for a stock is a form of spamming and will not be tolerated. Mentioning factual information or observations about stock, bond, currency, or any other activities such as earnings announcements, news, etc. is allowed.
 
No promotion or mention of competing sites or other businesses of any sort is allowed:
Please respect our members. They do not join to be spammed/solicited. If you engage in promotional or spamming activites you are distracting members utilizing our service and therefore will be removed from the live trading room. We wish to remain neutral on other services.
 
Only a EminiAce.com approved coach will make OFFICIAL education or newsworthy announcements.
 
Members are allowed to talk amongst themselves and point out valid observations. We’re open for new ideas and would love to hear from you in the room. 
 
If you notice any member violating any of our rules or doing something questionable, please email the administrator or notify them via via IM (Instant Message).
 
We reserve the right to republish, reuse and exhibit any text, audio, or graphics sent to our website via email, chat, fax, or phone.
