Day-Trading Scenarios for Feb 11, 2026

We start with a narrow choppy day.

The trend is still up so we buy pullbacks. First support area is 50370.

The contract remains in an overall bullish posture on shorter timeframes, such as the hourly chart, suggesting potential for upside continuation if key levels hold. However, on the daily timeframe, YM is trading within a rising wedge pattern, which often signals diminishing bullish momentum and raises the risk of a downside break—particularly if it fails to sustain above recent highs.

A drop below 50,100 on increasing volume might accelerate a mean-reversion move.

We start with a narrow range. This means the market, including the institutions, are confused as to the next move. This tells us to be patient, wait for the break, then get aboard. We are overbought.
