  • Futures (YMM26): The June contract tracked the strong cash gains, with solid performance amid sector rotation. It settled higher after trading in a range that reflected the broad recovery.

  • Broader market: S&P 500 rose ~0.4%, while the Nasdaq Composite dipped slightly (~0.1%) due to weakness in tech/AI names (e.g., Broadcom earnings/outlook pressure).


Technical Outlook for Today (Friday, June 5):

Dow futures are trading mildly higher in the overnight/premarket session, currently around the 51,600 – 51,750 zone (up modestly from Thursday's settlement).

  • Key levels:

    • Resistance: 51,658 (recent high), then 51,915+.

    • Support: 51,235, 50,800–51,000, and deeper at 50,555.
